Eye - allows sight.
Usually placed one on each side of the head, in flounders and soles one eye "migrates" to the other side of the head as the fish matures. There are "right eyed flounders" where the left eye migrates to the right side of the head (and then the right side of the fish is uppermost in normal circumstances) and there are "left eyed flounders" where the opposite is true.
The image of the goldfish has a human selected genetic mutation that gives the fish "telescope" eyes - the entire socket bulges out from the head.
